Why I love yoga lifestyle

My first yoga class was in the summer of 2011.

I was on a cruise to Fiji with my boyfriend and had no idea how much I would love it.

I was so impressed with the way the class went.

The teacher was so welcoming and even offered to help me through the whole class.

It felt so natural, I felt like I was at home.

My friend had her own class and I also joined in on the fun.

The class was fun, the teacher had so many great ideas and I was hooked.

Then I discovered yoga.

For the next six years, I did not leave home without my yoga mat and a few clothespins.

But in 2017, I discovered that yoga has an incredibly strong social impact.

Every year, there are so many amazing yoga videos, books, classes, and resources available to anyone who wants to learn yoga.

And now, I love my new favorite lifestyle, too.

So, what is it that makes yoga so powerful?

When I started my yoga journey, I wanted to become more like my friends.

I wanted them to feel more connected to each other and I wanted their health to improve.

In fact, my health is so good now, and I am so happy that I have been able to join in on this social movement.

It feels good to be around people who care about each other, and it feels good not to have to take my own health seriously.

Yoga is empowering because it has an incredible capacity to connect people and change the world.

We have all been to a yoga class and it was a powerful experience.

We learned about our body, our minds, and our minds.

And we have all made it through this incredible journey together.
